Can I send these reminders to my clients?
Set Text Go is a reminder app, not a client messaging or marketing tool. It is built for reminding yourself and people who have agreed to get your reminders. Each person confirms their consent by providing you with a one-time passcode (OTP) we text them, which you must enter in the app, and a recipient can reply STOP at any time.
Can a reminder repeat on the same day every month?
Yes. Pick a day of the month, such as the 1st for invoices. If the day does not exist in a month, like the 31st, the text goes out on the last day of that month, and you can choose to shift a monthly reminder that lands on a weekend to the Friday before or the Monday after.
Can I schedule a follow-up in my client's time zone?
Yes. Each reminder has its own time zone and stays on that zone's clock, so a follow-up can be timed for a client's morning even if they are in another part of the country.
Will the reminder go out if my phone is off?
Yes. Reminders are sent by our service, not from your phone, so they go out on schedule even when your phone is off. The text is waiting for you when you turn it back on.
How much does it cost?
