Project Management Reminders

Project management reminders for you and your team

Text yourself and your team before every deadline, milestone, and check-in. One reminder can go to every teammate who has agreed to get your reminders: each person confirms their consent by providing you with a one-time passcode (OTP) we text them, which you must enter in the app, and a recipient can reply STOP at any time.

Set Text Go sends a real text message, not a push notification, so the reminder reaches a teammate even if they never open your project tool. They need no app and no account.

  • Free to download.
  • Pay as you go with no subscription required, or pick an optional monthly plan.
  • Credits never expire.
  • Available in the United States and Canada.

The problem

A deadline only helps if someone sees it in time

Every project has its dates written down somewhere, in a board, a spreadsheet, or a calendar. The trouble is that a date sitting in a tool does not tap anyone on the shoulder. Notifications from one more app get muted, and the person who needs the nudge is often away from their desk.

Set Text Go turns the dates that matter into texts at the right moment. Remind yourself before your own deliverables, and send the same reminder to teammates for check-ins and shared deadlines, so everyone gets the nudge at once.

Keep your plan where it is, and let the reminders go out on their own.

Check-in at 9:30. Bring your updates.9:00 AM

One reminder, sent to everyone on the check-in

What to remind

The dates that keep a project on track

For your own work and for the people working with you.

Deadlines

A text a day or two before each deadline, and another on the morning it is due, so the work starts before the date, not on it.

Milestones

Mark each milestone with a reminder ahead of time, so a review or a handoff never catches anyone off guard.

Team check-ins

Text your whole team before each check-in. One reminder goes to every teammate who agreed to get your reminders, on the weekdays you pick.

Your own follow-ups

Remind yourself to follow up on a blocked task, an approval you are waiting for, or a question that still needs an answer.

Recurring reports

Status reports, timesheets, or reviews that come around every week or every month, on a schedule that repeats on its own.

Launch days

A one time reminder for the big day, sent to everyone who needs to be ready that morning.

The difference

A real text, so nobody needs another app

Project tools notify the people who installed them and kept notifications on. A real text reaches everyone you add, on almost any phone, with nothing to install. Set Text Go sends it from its own service at the time you chose, so it goes out even when your own phone is off.

  • Text every consenting teammate with one reminder
  • Teammates need no app and no account
  • Repeat on the weekdays you pick, every month, or on the schedule you set
  • Each reminder keeps its own time zone, for teams in different time zones

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can I send one reminder to my whole team?

Yes. You can send the same reminder to several people at once, so everyone on a check-in or a shared deadline gets the same text. You can save up to ten phone numbers with nicknames.

Do my teammates need the app?

No. Teammates need no app and no account. Each person confirms their consent by providing you with a one-time passcode (OTP) we text them, which you must enter in the app, and the reminder then arrives as a plain text in their inbox.

Can a teammate stop getting my reminders?

Yes. Anyone who gets your reminders can reply STOP at any time, and START if they change their mind. Set Text Go is for people who have agreed to get your reminders, not for bulk or marketing messages.

Can a reminder repeat on specific weekdays?

Yes. Pick the exact weekdays, like Monday and Thursday, and the reminder repeats on those days every week, or every few weeks if you prefer.

Does this replace my project management tool?

No. Keep your plan where it is. Set Text Go adds a real text at the right moment, sent to the people who need the nudge.

How much does it cost?

The app is free to download. You pay as you go with credits, and each text to each person uses a credit. No subscription is required, and credits do not expire. If you prefer a set number of credits each month, optional monthly plans are available. See the pricing page for details.
