By downloading, installing, or using Set Text Go ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Set Text Go is a mobile application that allows users to schedule and send SMS text message reminders. The service operates on a credit-based system where each SMS message sent costs one credit.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use the App, you must create an account and verify your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

  • Credits are purchased through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)
  • Each SMS message sent costs 1 credit
  • Credits do not expire
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
  • Pricing is subject to change with notice

5. Phone Number Verification

You must verify phone numbers before sending SMS messages to them. You are only permitted to send messages to phone numbers you own or have explicit permission to contact.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or marketing content
  • Send harmful, abusive, or illegal content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Send messages to phone numbers without proper authorization
  • Attempt to circumvent the credit system

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We only work with US based telecommunication and technology infrastructure providers. We are not liable for any missed reminders due to service outages.

8. Limitation of Liability

Set Text Go and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to failed message delivery.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
